Free Returns for Our Mistakes: During the 30-day worry-free period, if we make a mistake (e.g., defective item, wrong item sent), we will handle the return at no cost to you. Simply provide photos or videos as proof.

Replacement Parts Whenever Possible: For minor issues, we will offer replacement parts to prevent unnecessary returns.

20% Recycling Fee for Buyer's Error: To help reduce our environmental footprint, a 20% recycling fee will apply to returns due to buyer's remorse, incorrect item purchased, or incorrect address provided. This fee will be deducted from your order to cover the costs associated with processing and recycling returned items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Fraudulent Order Fee Liability Terms
Article 1: Definitions
1.1 "Fraudulent Order" refers to an order flagged as potentially fraudulent by Shopify's risk control system, PayPal's risk model, or manual merchant review, requiring further verification.
1.2 "Transaction Fees" include Shopify order processing fees, PayPal transaction fees (including cross-border currency conversion fees), and any applicable payment gateway surcharges.
Article 2: Liability Determination
2.1 If an order is marked as potentially fraudulent, the merchant will notify the buyer via email/SMS to provide the following verification materials within 48 hours:

Front and back images of the payment card (with sensitive information obscured)

Proof of identity matching the billing address (e.g., driver's license, utility bill)

Screenshot of successful 3DS authentication (if applicable)
2.2 If the buyer fails to provide the required materials or verification fails, the order will be automatically canceled.
Article 3: Fee Handling
3.1 For canceled orders with completed payments:

The remaining balance (after deducting transaction fees) will be refunded to the original payment method within 5 business days.

A detailed breakdown of deducted fees (including official Shopify/PayPal billing proof) will be provided.
3.2 For unpaid orders:

A prepayment of transaction fees (120% of the estimated amount as a deposit) is required.

Upon successful verification, any excess amount will be credited toward the order total.
Article 4: Dispute Process
4.1 Buyers may file an appeal within 7 days of receiving the cancellation notice by submitting:

Bank-issued proof of disputed transaction

Evidence of IP address matching the shipping address (e.g., ISP verification)

Video verification (a recorded statement following merchant guidelines)
4.2 If the appeal is successful, the full transaction fees will be refunded, and a 10% voucher will be issued as compensation.
Article 5: Special Provisions
5.1 In case of conflict with PayPal Seller Protection, the terms more favorable to the merchant shall prevail.
5.2 The merchant reserves the right to require a 20% advance deposit for high-risk orders.
5.3 Buyer accounts flagged for fraud three consecutive times will be permanently disabled.
Article 6: Disclaimer
6.1 The merchant shall not be liable for any indirect losses arising from fraudulent orders, including logistics losses or data breaches.
6.2 These terms do not affect consumers' statutory rights under applicable laws.
